The training is designed to enhance digital and pedagogical skills.

The programme will include:

• Training on Innovative Methodologies: Sessions focused on non-formal education techniques, active participation strategies, and how to integrate digital tools into daily youth work.

• Exchange of Best Practices: Each national team will present their successful initiatives and methodologies, fostering a "peer-to-peer" learning environment.

• Practical Facilitation Sessions: Participants will have the opportunity to design and lead their own training sessions, receiving constructive feedback from trainers and peers to improve their facilitation skills.

• Collaborative Development: Workshop dedicated to testing and refining the Youth Workers Guide and the educational materials being developed as part of the project.

• Networking and Cooperation: Building a strong professional network to ensure future cooperation and the sustainability of the project results.

Travel costs will be reimbursed up to 300 EUR/person after the training course, according to Erasmus+ rules.
