By implementing a structured set of activities, the project aims to enhance the digital competences of professionals across Europe, ensuring they are equipped to support young people in an increasingly connected world.
Core Objectives:
Enhancing the digital competences of youth workers to help them adapt seamlessly to the digital transformation of the sector.
Improving the ability of participants to use digital tools and online methods in their everyday interactions.
Promoting creative approaches that utilize technology to boost youth engagement and active participation.
Increasing understanding of how digitalization specifically affects the lives of young people and the evolution of youth work.
Encouraging a rich exchange of successful practices and personal experiences among participants from diverse European backgrounds.
Utilizing digital tools to ensure youth work is more inclusive and accessible to all, regardless of physical or geographical barriers.

Travel costs will be reimbursed up to 309 EUR/person after the training course, according to Erasmus+ rules.
