Today, many young people face polarisation, hate speech, discrimination, and social tensions — both offline and online. Youth workers need practical tools to guide dialogue, prevent conflict, and promote inclusion. Peacebuilders in Action equips youth workers with creative, digital, and experiential methods to support young people in a constructive way.

Instead of avoiding difficult conversations, this project helps youth workers learn how to facilitate them safely and effectively. It combines peace education, non-violent communication, storytelling, sport-for-peace activities, and digital campaigns to make youth work more relevant and impactful.

This training course will strengthen youth workers competences so they can promote dialogue, resilience, and European values in their local communities.

The programme will include:

• Team-building and intercultural learning activities

• Workshops on peace, human rights, and conflict transformation

• Role plays and mediation simulations

• Sport-for-peace activities

• Peace Labs where participants design and test their own

• workshops

Travel costs will be reimbursed up to 309 EUR/person after the mobility, according to Erasmus+ rules.
